I also went to elementary school at the West Side with Andrew and enjoyed his company in high school as well. I am so saddened to hear of his passing. Andrew was a wonderful person and I remember him with much fondness. I love the photo you posted! It is such a great likeness of how I remember those early years! Very, very sorry for your loss!

Dear Pat, Brenda,Mary,Sueellen and Marcia: We are saddened to learn of Andrew’s passing and send along our heartfelt
Sympathy and condolences to all.Remember so well when Andrew had his encounter and how it affected your dad and mother, and of course all of you.it took its toll for sure.Society and families pay a ‘huge price’ that still exists 50years later with not a great deal of progress being made across the country.I feel there is not enough emphasis on the issue and more attention demanded from all levels of representation…it is crying out for attention.
Our thoughts and love are with all of you.
Sincerely,
Jack and Evelyn

Suellen and family, my deepest sympathy to you all. Andrew was that much younger that I did not know him, but during my friendship with you, over the years, I learned how much he was loved and how life had presented challenges. You were all that sisters could have been.
