We first met Josh at the Thorburn rink several years ago, my son played hockey with him, we shared many laughs and exciting moments with Denise, Stephen and Mallory , who were always there watching him , cheering him on, and enjoying rink life and the game. Josh meant a lot to me, he always took the time to speak or share that little grin, I specifically remember one game in Canso when we were down a goal and Josh swooped down the ice and scored the winning goal, he was our hero that day! He always had that bit of extra spunk that fueled him. That boy will always have a special place in my heart, all the lights seem a bit dimmer now without him here. It has been a devastating time for all that knew and loved Josh, our hearts are all broken, thinking of you all and sending love.
