Our heartfelt condolences are going out to Ray & Gary, and to Billy, Debbie, Donna, Bobby, Juanita and Susan..... we all reach that age where we know we all have to go, it doesn't make it any easier though....we will remember the many gatherings together, the parties, laughs, stories, adventures, road trips, card games, food, or should I say feasts, and of course the dancing and music. Bill was a long time friend, and known to us always as "Papa Bill". He was a family man first, a straight shooter, a wonderful musician, who knew a million old songs and never forgot the words to any. He lived his life "his way". So many friends who respected and looked up to him. Until we gather again, go at God's speed Papa Bill.... there are many loved ones who have gone on before you that will be welcoming you with open arms. Let the music play. Our thoughts and support are with all the Webb families at this time.

So sorry to hear of Bills passing. I remember him well from my childhood growing up in Linacy. My condolences to Uncle Ray, Aunt Nancy, and all Bill’s children and extended family.

I’m So sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. We lived close by in Linacy and his children and ours spent many hours playing together. Young Billy used to come home after school with Rick sometimes. Rick would come come in first to see if I had baked bread that day and then call Billy in to share a slice. My condolences to Ray and Nancy and all the family.
