So very sorry to hear of the untimely death of Neil. Cathy Arbuckle is my sister in law. The Snell family has had more than your share of sadness and death and especially at such young ages. This sadness is also compounded by the fact that the Covid 19 Virus prevents the community at large from attending Neil's funeral which further isolates you from sharing in the extended family and community grief!
