Dear Valerie and Family I remember your mother so well, when as children, Alma and I would come to visit when a new baby would arrive. She was always so sweet and pleasant. We were welcome any time, and could stay as long as we wanted. I realize now how busy she must have been, but you would never know. That kindness has always stayed with me. Thinking of you all.
